The clevermanner in whichthese windows aresplayed within, andespecially below, tothrow down thelight, should benoticed. Flamboyant tra-cery, and the formsapproaching to it,generally indicate a late date. We have no instance ofreal Flamboyant work in this country, although formsof tracery approaching to it are not uncommon; themouldings are never of the true Flamboyant character,which is quite distinct. 121.
