An early printed photograph of the engine room aboard the Turbo-Electric tanker TES (Turbo Electric Ship) SAN SILVESTRE (aka Silvestre) built by Swan Hunter at Haverton Hill shipyard 1948 /1949 for Eagle Oil. All of her propulsion machinery and electrical equipment was suppied by the GEC. Broken up in 1961.
