The 1930 Inter War Georgian Style Edinburgh Castle Hotel in Pitt Street, Sydney was built by Tooth & Co but a pub has been on the site since 1885.


Edinburgh Hotel has been the name of a hotel on the site since 1885 however a pub of the same name was in existence for 30 years before that on the opposite corner in Pitt Street.
