Olive - Spanish bird - this dish is steamed fillet of roast beef, filled with bacon, pickled cucumber, sausage and egg. Serve with dumplings or rice. Despite the name of the recipe does not have anything to do with Spain or the bird. Name of the dish comes from the court of Emperor Rudolf II. His mother was Marie of Austria and therefore the imperial court also cooked Spanish chefs. They also prepared veal rolls with stuffing, which were considered Spanish specialties.
