Probably the finest new rose of the season ; the growth is vigorous, with rich, healthy foliage and extra large flowers, which are borne on long, stout stems, very double and simply exquisite when in bud or half blown ; the color is a deep rose pink, the inner side of petals silvery rose. This variety will undoubtedly become very popular. Splendid satin rose, the sweetest of Madame Cusin. Flowers of medium size, of a rosy purple color, base of petals and centre of flower almost white, one of the prettiest roses grown. Mine. Caroline Testout. Another charming novelty in a strong growing Hybrid Tea. The bloom is large and double; color bright satiny pink, with rosy centre. Odorous, and quite free flowering. Petals very large and heavy, and beautifully rounded. A first-rate variety for forc- ing, of the La France type. Meteor. A rich, dark velvety-crimson Hybrid Tea ; a free bloomer and vigorous grower, showing no tendency to mildew. Does not run single during summer, aud as a garden rose it will piove invaluable.
