A wall Painting on the ceiling of EmamZadeh Ebrahim (Shahzadeh Ebrahim), Kashan

A wall painting on the ceiling of ShahZadeh Ebrahim holy tomb in Kashan, illustrating the death of the Third Shi'a Holy Imam, Imam Hosein and an illustration of Heaven with angles on the side. In Islam heaven is promised to have beautiful angles called Houri in Persian language. The picture is taken on a bike trip from Tehran to Shiraz. In this series of pictures I have tried to show people's interaction with (more or less famous) touristic sites of Iran. People are either local, Iranian but from other cities or foreigners visiting the country.
