Nymphaea lucida has flowers of a rosy vermilion color, darker in the center, with orange stamens. The leaves are beautifully blotched with reddish brown. The plant is very free in flower and growth. Nymphaea fulva gives flowers of a bright yellow color, with a red overlay, the general color being a bright carmine Nymphaea odorata Luciana Nymphaea James Brydon HARDY WATER LILIES Nymphaea Andreana produces flowers of a dark red color shaded with yellow. The leaves are blotched with chestnut brown. The plant blooms freely and is a very desirable variety. Nymphaea Seignoureti has a medium sized flower, pale yellow in color shaded with pink and carmine, with orange yellow stamens. The blooms rise above the water to a height of six inches.
