A Tarquinia Etruscan-Corinthian oinochoe with lid,circa 600 BC. Beige clay with black and brown paintings. Bulbous body painted with a swan and continuous panthers,the foot and the shoulder with starburst decorations. A handle with cloverleaf-shaped lip on the side. Intact,the paintings very rubbed in some places. Height 30 cm. Includes the matching(rare)lid. Length 12 cm.
