Atlas over the Cairngorms

The Airbus A400M Atlas is the principal tactical aircraft for RAF airlifts and replaced the old Lockheed C-130 Hercules. The image shows an Atlas flying low over the Ladder Hills on Glenlivet Estate after a heavy snowfall. Given its heading and low altitude it was almost certainly heading to RAF Lossiemouth approximately 40 miles away
