Gemini Titan rocket engines


The two first-stage rocket engines of an American Gemini Titan rocket on display at the Kansas Cosmosphere in Hutchinson, Kansas, USA. The Titan ICBM was repurposed to launch Gemini astronauts into Earth orbit in the 1960s. Now known simply as Cosmosphere, the space museum and education centre was developed from a planetarium established on the site in 1962.
