The Beautiful High Coast Bridge (Högakustenbron) in Northern Sweden (entrance to UNESCO WHS High Coast)


The High Coast Bridge is the second longest suspension bridge in Scandinavia (after Great Belt Fixed Link in Denmark), the third longest in Europe, and the eleventh longest in the world. The total length is 1,867 metres (6,125 ft) and the column pillars are 180 metres (591 ft) tall. The bridge was constructed between 1993 and 1997.
