Staff Sgt. Jennifer Toney pays attention to the instruction offered at a first-of-its-kind Persons in Charge Course that took place Sept. 19-23 in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Toney was one of 22 students attending the five-day event in which culinary Soldiers earned a food safety certification.
