SAN FRANCISCO (Oct. 3, 2012) - Information System's Technician 2nd Class Pendleton Johnson, Beach Master Unit 1, Beach Party Team Bravo, initiates communications with Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) hovercraft 24 during a Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Response exhibit. LCAC-24 arrived at San Francisco's Ocean Beach, allowing community members an upclose experince with Navy and Marine Corps equipment. San Francisco Fleet Week is a five-day event which highlights the equipment, technology and operational capabilities of the military's sea services and their history in the San Francisco area.
