A tarnished silver tankard given as a prize for horse breeding in Victorian England


Working horses were an important part of nineteenth century farming and the breeding of prize horses was recognized at Agricultural shows where prizes were awarded for the best bred animals. This was a prize given for Suffolk Punch horses at the Suffolk Agricultural Society's show in 1885
