Hope Valley, Derbyshire, UK. 24 Oct 2013. 85-year-old Jack Englert paraglides across Derbyshire’s Hope Valley as late autumn sunshine, lights breezes and rising thermals combine to provide perfect flying conditions. Jack, from Sheffield, is the oldest member of the Derbyshire Soaring Club. The veteran paraglider said: “This is the most nearest thing to flying like a bird than anything.
