It prefers the rich woods and attains a height of 2 feet. OAKFERN, Dryopteris linneana. A very tiny attractive 6-incn Fern with branched fronds. It likes moist shade. EVERGREEN WOODFERN, Dryopteris mar* ginalis. The evergreen fronds are leathery and remain attractive throughout the Winter. This Kern likes the rich woods. NEW YORK FERN, Dryopteris noveboracensis. This small Fern is like the Hay-scented Fern and grows naturally in the marshy woods and meadows. N ARROW BEECH FERN, Dryopteris phegop- teris. The fronds of the Beechfern are borne at the top of the 6 to 8-inch stems and are shaped like arrow-heads. It requires shade. MARSHFERN, Dryopteris thelypteris. Grows I foot tall on open, marshy ground. HARTFORD FERN, Lygodium p alma turn. At last we have a fine supply of this very rare Climbing Fern or Hartford Fern. It grows in acid soil to a height of 2 to 4 feet, climbing up other plants like a true vine. The foliage is most attractive and we are sure that our customers will be glad to get this Fern which has been almost extinct. 75c each. SENSITIVE FERN, Onoclea sensibilis.
