Balaam the Prophet riding his donkey and the Angel depicted in the corbel on the west portal of the Autun Cathedral (Cathédrale Saint-Lazare d'Autun) in Autun, Burgundy, France. The Romanesque original dated from the 12th century was replaced by a copy in the 19th century. The original was probably carved by French Romanesque sculptor Gislebertus.
