The Church of Saint Savinian at Sens. This saint was the patron saint and founder of the diocese of Sens, France. The Church is said to have been founded by the saint in the third century, rebuilt in the fifth, and restored in the eleventh. One source writes that "the altar [of this church] is affirmed to be that upon which Saint Savinien was celebrating at the moment of his martyrdom.
