A view of Poland's Supreme Monday, ECJ ruled that Poland’s lowering of the retirement age for Supreme Court judges violates European Union Law. The advocate general to the European Court of Justice, released a statement saying that a new disciplinary chamber in the Supreme Court, and won’t make a more independent judicial system according to EU law.
