Street life in the Afghan capital of Kabul is full of interesting faces whose experience is often etched deep into the eyes. The exception being the women , whose eyes a casual observer rarely sees. Despite the ongoing struggle between radical Islamists and the moderate sections of Afghan society - and of course the coalition forces- the hospitality and vibrance of the locals is exhuberant. It has been centuries of struggle for these people and nothing, it seems , can break their spirit.
