She was performing at the Empire Edmonton, returned home and died. -- --Matilda Alice Victoria Wood ( 1870 – 1922), was known as Marie Lloyd. She was best known for her performances of songs such as "My Old Man (Said Follow the Van)", "The Boy I Love Is Up in the Gallery", and "Oh Mr Porter What Shall I Do".
