OBSERVATIONS. A large and very natural assemblage of insects,remaining at the present day, nearly as it wasfounded by Linne. A few of his smaller specieshave been separated from it, by Fabricius, underthe name of Trachys, chiefly distinguished by PLATE xxvi. the shorter, more dilated, and sub-triangular form
