Lioness eyeballs photographer, Kwetsani, Botswana

After hours of searching, our guide spotted cubs in bushland sheltering from the late morning sun. Getting nearer, we saw the lioness on her side sleeping. Our guide Warned us not to move or change position as we sat watching at about a distance of nine feet or three metres. But a woman in the vehicle decided she wanted a better look and stood up. Immediately the lioness turned and fixed her attention on us in the vehicle as we quickly retreated.
