Theodore Roosevelt (26th President of the United States) from a 1901 standing portrait taken in the President's office by Levin Corbin Handy. Reportedly, Handy's photograph of the President "at repose" was Roosevelt's personal favorite picture. To avoid the reflection of light in the President's glasses, Handy offered Roosevelt a pair of empty frames (a photographer's "trick") which he wore for this famous portrait.
