The hare's tail grass, Lagurus ovatus, from a coastal protected area in Malta, Mediterranean Sea.


This plant is native to the Mediterranean region and comes in different shapes and sizes up to 30cm tall, however they all look like a bunny's tail. This grass is a so called member of "old world" plants.
