Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - Phoenix-West. After the closure of the old Hoesch blast furnace plant in 1998, the site was redeveloped into the Phoenixpark industrial and recreational area. Today, the old blast furnace plant stands in the center as an impressive industrial monument, framed by the large Hoesch Gasometer and the Phoenix Hall. In the back is the Florian television tower.
