Just South of Plockton in the Western Highlands of Scotland is a small loch which has a small spur which sticks out into the loch & is covered in trees. It's angled so as to catch the afternoon sun. This day the sun was in and out, but mostly in. One of the brighter moments gave great colour to this birch at the end of the spur. A slight wind added a ripple to the loch.
