Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors Clock Gowthorpe Selby

Trueform / Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors Millennium Clock, Gowthorpe, Selby. Dating back to 1907, the clock was hung above the Trueform shoe shop during the 1970's, now "Birthdays" store. It was removed for the development of Abbey Walk and discovered in 1999 in a Sherburn demolition contractors yard by Eric Foster. Crombie Wilkinson solicitors made a £5000 donation for the clock to be restored and it was returned to its rightful place in January 2004.
