Synchronicity is an attempt to come up with an explanation for the occurrence of highly improbable coincidences between events where there is no causal link. And strange things do seem to happen in groups, sometimes. Last week I saw my first ever knitting-adorned traditional red post box in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. And now this is my second, rather different in style and appearance, near to Albert Park. But still deeply I have this sudden, vivid mental image of a little old lady, knitting these accoutrements to ensure the post box does not catch cold in our brisk mid winter weather. Quite
