Photo by Guy Harrop. 12/12/22 A strange mist appears in between waves as temperatures plummet to -5 in Northam, North Devon overnight as weather temperatures drop across the UK this week. The mist is called Artic sea smoke and forms when a light wind of very cold air mixes with a thin layer of warm air immediately above water.
