The buildings and artefacts at Hakatere Corner, part of the Hakatere Conservation Park. The buildings at Hakatere Corner are some of the oldest dwellings in Canterbury. The stone cottage housed the station manager whist the others housed the shearers' quarters. Today they are open to visitors and contain information panels bout the Station and the surrounding area.
