GULF OF MEXICO (June 16, 2016) - Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Talia Acree, from Costa Mesa, California, signals for a medical evacuation UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter from Charlie Company "Witchdoctors" of 1228th Flight Regiment to take off from the Harper's Ferry class dock landing amphibious assault ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) flight deck while serving as Landing Signalman, Enlisted during flight operations while anchored off the coast of Honduras. Oak Hill is delivering the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force - Southern Command (SPMAGTF-SC) which while deployed in Central America will support engineering assistance projects in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Belize. The SPMAGTF-SC will be available to support disaster relief and disaster preparedness, if requested. Oak Hill is deployed to the 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
