The North Sea Beach Marathon is run on a sandybeach surrounded by rough nature with breathtaking dunes, the North Sea and wide, sandy beaches. It is one of a few marathons in the world, that is run on a sandybeach. It is a true challenge to run on the white, fine sand and the weather is often an extra challenge.
