Toddlers promote the Million Baby Crawl in Madison Square Park in New York

Toddlers promote a Million Baby Crawl in Madison Square Park in New York, Wednesday, November 18, 2009. The Million Baby Crawl is an effort to overhaul the toxic chemical policies by providing stronger laws and more oversight over what is put into consumer products. The campaign's goal is to raise awareness and support for the Kid-Safe Chemical Act which will be presented to Congress in December. It would require industrial chemicals to be safe for infants, new chemicals to be safety tested prior to being put into products, and existing untested chemicals in use would be tested for safety.
