Survival of the Fittest London brings the big arena feel to this classic urban obstacle race. Historically taking place at Battersea Power Station, Survival of the Fittest has moved locations this year to Wembley Stadium. Heats, starting every 15 minutes, release hundreds of eager runners through a purpose built 10k obstacle course around this iconic London venue. Last year’s winner, double obstacle course race world champion, Jonathan Albon, was back to try to retain his crown. Hot on his heels was last year’s second place finisher, Ross MacDonald. Other entrants included former Olympic long distance runner, Liz Yelling, who was competing in her first ever obstacle course race, though this was just for fun.
