Pulau Untung Jawa is one of the villages in the South Seribu Islands sub-district, Kepulauan Seribu Regency, Jakarta, Indonesia. When Indonesia was controlled by the Dutch East Indies, it turned out that the islands in the Untung Jawa Island Village were already controlled by indigenous people who came from the mainland of Java Island. Since the 1920s, this region has been led by someone who is usually called 'Bek' (Lurah-red) Fi'i and Bek Kasim, who live on Kerkhof Island and lead several islands.
