Bergamo, Italy. Sunset view from San Vigilio. In the foreground is the yellow ochre church complex (with square belfry and octagonal lantern) of Santa Grata intee Vites. Beyond, on the left is the plain Gombito tower, next is the Torre Civica (Civic Tower) also known as the Campanone (Bell Tower), the smaller domed campanile (in the shade) is the belfry of the Duomo, the domed building with a gold statue is the Duomo itself, the octagonal building in the foreground is the Seminario of John XXIII, to right is the multi stage tower and cupola of Santa Maria Maggiore, and the tallest tower on the right, with an ogee dome, is also the bell tower or steeple of Santa Maria Maggiore.
