ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 7, 2015) Boatswain's Mate Seaman Anthony Fabiochi, from Long Island, , scans the sea for potential contacts while standing aft lookout watch aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Carney (DDG 64). Carney is the fourth Arleigh Burke-class destroyer to be forward deployed to Rota, Spain, to serve as part of the president's European Phased Adaptive Approach to ballistic missile defense in Europe.
