Radiation hazard symbol, Poland. This warning sign includes the international trefoil symbol (red) for radiation hazards, with the Polish word 'promieniowanie' (radiation). This reactor is one of several cleared of spent fuel in 2010 by the US National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). The NNSA removed more than 450 kilograms of Russian-origin highly enriched uranium (HEU) spent fuel from Poland in 2010. The shipments were carried out by NNSA's Global Threat Reduction Initiative (GTRI) with a number of Polish and other international partner organisations. This reactor is near Warsaw, Poland.
