Missionary Visitor, The (1912) . November1912 The Missionary Visitor 351 GRACE NEDROW HEISEY Herman B. Heisey. AUGUST I, 1887, a baby girl, called Grace, was born into ahome nestled among the moun-tains of the southeastern part of West-moreland County, Pa. The parents whose hearts were glad-dened by the birth of this baby girlbear the names of John M. and MaryA. Ned row. To be born into such a home as thisis indeed a blessing. The religiousatmosphere is so felt that its impres-sion is lasting. In this home have beenreared three who are now serving asministers of Christs Message, two ofwhom are pastors. The school career of Grace beganwhen she was five years old. She at-tended the township school which wasthree-fourths of a mile from home. Inall kinds of weather, no matter howsevere, she could be found in her seatat school. And during the first threevears of school she missed no more than two days. This regularity atschool in the beginning of her schooldays bespeaks the earnestness of herdesire for truth ; and this same earnest-ness in whatever object it may be cen-tered continues in her life.
