The Vice President of the US, Hon. Mike Pence visited Puerto Rico, to know by firsthand the situation of the island in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria, Oct 6. Upon arrival at Muñiz Air NG Base in Carolina, Pence along with his wife Karen Pence and Puerto Rico’s Resident Commissioner, Hon. Jenniffer Gonzalez, greeted Soldiers, Airmen and people who came to the military installation to be part of the historic visit. The Vice President was received by the Governor of Puerto Rico, Hon.
